I purchased a ChillX Autoegg on 9 November 2020 and received it on 28 November 2020. On 26 January 2020 the power cable to the rake motor broke and there is not a way to fix it, so on 27 January 2021 ChillX sent me a refurbished unit that arrived on 30 January 2021. The motor on the replacement unit was so loud it woke us up in the middle of the night. I ordered and received a replacement motor unit on 20 April 2021. On 10 June 2021 I sent pictures of the power cable to the rake fraying again and asked for a refund. I was informed I as not eligible for a refund. I experienced 3 failures in 6 months making the Autoegg a $400 manual litterbox. Customer service was responsive, but the machine is poorly designed. I have replaced it with a Litter Robot that I am very pleased with .
